When Dr. Talmadge became Dean, he identified equity, diversity and inclusion as a key focus for his deanship. Through Differences Matter, we have invested in and designed a structure to drive this important work. Additionally, he has been partnering with leaders to ensure broad representation on committees across the school. There is much more work to be done, and he is distressed by the feedback provided in our faculty climate survey. Your help is needed.
