Interesting Fact:
I’m the odd one out in a family of entrepreneurs! I grew up with family businesses (50s diner, bar and grills, bakery and cafes and most recently a higher-end burger joint). My past jobs/positions have included administrative assistant, accounting/billing, barista, cashier, server, busser, burger-flipper, and burger-assembler. Next, I will work on becoming a knowledgeable bartender. I also took a year off to earn a Master’s in Global Health, during which I spent six weeks mapping where injuries that presented to an ED in Tanzania occurred.
Future Plans:
Reminding myself that “There are two truths in life. We are all living. We are all dying”, and trying to do more of the former.
