Over the 2019 Memorial Day weekend, the EMS/Disaster and Global Health programs will be providing some educational content as well as participating with the UCSF-Fresno Emergency Medicine Residency and Wilderness Medicine Fellowship in an MCI Exercise.
When: 22-27 May 2019
Who: UCSF Emergency Medicine and Families are welcome to attend (all or some of the events listed)
Where: Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park. One group campsite (holding 12) has been reserved (FREE for you!). There is an adjacent campground where you can reserve campsites that hold 6-8 people (Sunset Campground is closest to exercise and recommended. Visit www.recreation.gov to make reservations at your expense). There are nearby hotel/motel options available at your own expense as well (Grant Grove or John Muir Lodge are closest: https://www.nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/lodging.htm). There is an entrance fee to the park of $20 per person or $35 per vehicle.
