I worked as a waitress for about eight months at a steakhouse where I needed to wear heels (>2 inches, specifically) and skirts to work, learn about 4 different ways to cut cigars, and attend to port tastings before I escaped to live in Paris for two months. I also have an MBA, and am interested in social entrepreneurship, social venture, and food start-ups.
