I was originally born in Taiwan but moved to the US at a young age with the majority of my upbringing in the Los Angeles area. After finishing college at UC San Diego, I moved to the East Coast where I've lived for nearly 10 years. My first few years were spent in the Washington D.C area doing clinical/translational research at the National Institutes of Health. I then moved to New England where I did medical school at UVM in Burlington, Vermont and then medical residency at UMass in Worcester, Massachusetts. My personal interests include exploring the outdoors with preference for hiking/kayaking, hosting beach BBQs, visiting history/art museums, cooking new cuisines, and rooting for SoCal sports teams.
