This area of research examines the effectiveness of the 911 dispatch process to define the correct resource to send to the patient. Our team has published seven peer-reviewed manuscripts on the subject with another completed manuscript in review. A recent manuscript has been accepted and another has been presented as an abstract. Data from our pre-hospital system was used for an analysis of the utility of trauma criteria in a recent publication and another is accepted for publication.
