Interesting Fact:
At the end of medical school, I got to fulfill a longtime dream of going to Barcelona for a week to study vegan patisserie. Now I'm on a mission to re-create the pastries at home.
Future Plans:
Become the best EM physician and patient advocate I can be, work in medical education and hospital quality improvement. Be with my family, travel the world, create a menu of my own vegan patisserie creations.
