Biography
The goal of my research program is to generate evidence to improve health outcomes and prevent harms for children with common acute illnesses. I seek to achieve this by comparing the effectiveness of interventions that are widely used in pediatric emergency medicine but that have not been assessed using rigorous research methods. Specific areas of focus include diagnostic testing and management of acute respiratory illnesses such as bronchiolitis and pneumonia.
