Dancing anywhere anytime (especially salsa and bachata), traveling, being outdoors, watching the British Bake Off and attempting my own bakes, spending time with my partner and cat

Interesting Fact

At the end of medical school, I got to fulfill a longtime dream of going to Barcelona for a week to study vegan patisserie. Now I'm on a mission to re-create the pastries at home.
